Sources: It Doesn't Appear Carolina is Vegas Bound; Tuesday's Buzzcast

I say this fully knowing that you can never say never....however, a few good sources of mine are saying "in this case, you can say Carolina is staying put."

The NHL is of course concerned with the financials of the Hurricanes, but it sounds like they are fully prepared for the worst case scenario and have a very concrete and clear way to keep the Canes in Carolina....
