The New Jersey Devils have announced their roster for the upcoming rookie tournament in Buffalo.
The Devils will be bringing 24 players highlighted by 2015 1st round pick Pavel Zacha, 2014 1st round pick John Quenneville and pro-team hopeful Reid Boucher.
The roster breaks down as follows:

Forwards (15) - Reid Boucher, Pavel Zacha, Ben Thomson, John Quenneville, Joseph Blandisi, Graham Black, Blake Coleman, Brandon Baddock, Ryan Kujawinski, Blake Pietila, Matt Lorito, Connor Chatham, Max Novak, Blake Speers and Alexandre Goulet*
Defensemen (7) - Raman Hrabarenka, Reece Scarlett, Vojtech Mozik, Ryan Rehill, Josh Jacobs, Colton White and Jacob Sweeney*
Goaltenders (2) - Mackenzie Blackwood and Ken Appleby*
New Jersey is bringing a pretty good crop of forwards with them and - while their defense isn't filled with big names - their blue line should be good as Hrabarenka, Scarlett and Mozik have all been playing pro hockey for at least two years.
I think this will be a great experience for all the kids to go through and will serve as a good measuring stick against two teams with pretty good farm systems in Boston and Buffalo.
The tournament gets underway on September 12th and will go on for three days. Each team will play each other once.
