The weekend has seen two of the prime defensive targets of the March 2nd Trade Deadline drop off the radar.
The Maple Leafs made their long expected move by shipping Cody Franson back to Nashville and this morning the Ottawa Senators took blueliner Marc Methot off the market by inking him to a four-year, $19.6 Million deal.
