Martinez Officially Back in Action (Matt Greene Kings)

After skating in full practices for about a week the Kings officially activated Alec Martinez from injured reserve Friday.

Martinez had not played since February 7th due to concussion like symptoms. It was due to this seismic (and clean) hit from Tampa Bay's Cedric Paquette,

With Martinez back the Kings are now faced with an interesting decisions. Who comes out?

McNabb? Muzzin? Regehr? Greene?

Sutter is faithful to his older guys, but he may be looking to rest them for the post-season. He also may not be completely convinced with Brayden McNabb, even though he has been one of the best Kings defensemen for the last two weeks. Also, Muzzin has been seeing a decrease in ice time recently. In the last two games, Muzzin has played a hair over 15 minutes and 18 minutes. Those two totals are his lowest and fourth lowest TOI totals of the year.

While LAKI currently has a poll up (In which McNabb was the leading candidate to sit last time I checked.....), let's take a poll of our own here at HB.

Not to influence the poll or anything, but this would be a pretty effective group in theory.

6-8 7-3 27-2

Have a go. Who do you think should come out? Mind you, as Rosen hinted at, they may just move a forward out of the line up and run 7D and 11 forwards. You never know with Sutter.

Who should come out?
Brayden McNabb
Matt Greene
Robyn Regehr
Jake Muzzin
7 D, take a forward out
