The New York Islanders and restricted free agent Brock Nelson have come to terms on a new three-year deal worth $7 million in total. The 23-year-old Nelson, drafted by the Isles with the 30th overall pick back in 2010, scored 20 goals and 42 points in 82 games last season. In total, the 6-foot-3 forward has scored 34 goals and tallied 68 points in 154 games at the NHL level.
