It's official. 31 teams will be playing in the NHL next season and the 31st team will be another addition to the Pacific Division in Las Vegas. I personally think short term this will be quite the boom, moving forward is so hard to say. It will take a ton of work, but from all indications the owner and group involved are top notch people and are aware of the struggles and ready to build this long term through the community. They will do it the right way.
I love that the NHL is taking a shot on this one.
