The Islanders have returned forward Joshua Ho-Sang back to Niagara of the OHL Friday because he showed up late to the first day of training camp. The 2014 first round pick was set to skate alongside John Tavares and Anders Lee this weekend. Clearly the islanders have high hopes for him.
Arthur Staple of Newsday reported that a couple members of the Isles brass said that Ho-Sang's behavior had been exemplary during the week of rookie camp that preceded today. Same with the camp in July.
The 19-year-old's skill has never been the issue. Clubs were scared to draft him due to his "personality". This demotion will do him good. He now knows that the Islanders mean business.
Perhaps he borrowed Geno Smith's alarm clock or screwed up the AM/PM
Dan and I preview the upcoming fantasy season, give our sleepers and who to draft early.
