Some nice dogs hit last night as many teams have nothing to play for. I actually got burned last night by two teams that needed to win to make the playoffs. Be very careful of playing favs the last 2 nights of the season as many teams are resting their stars. Just look at NYR last night, they rested Kreider/Panarin/Zibanejad and lost to Montreal as +300 dogs. The Coyotes +380 and Hawks +180 were huge dogs too. The other aspect to consider is teams won't be playing as tight-checking hockey the last few nights of the season, so they don't risk injury, many teams will be playing soft defense. Last night 4 of 5 games went over the total. We have a 9 game card tonight, analysis below. Rules - Pick a winner to advance each round all the way until the Stanley Cup Final. If you pick a lower seed to advance and they win the series, you will receive 1 bonus point. If you pick the correct amount of games a series goes, you will receive 1 bonus point. Tie-breaker will be home many total goals are scored during the Stanley Cup Final.

FL/OTT - The Panthers have nothing to play for and Ottawa seems to get up for the better teams this year for whatever reason but plays down to their competition. Ottawa beat Florida as well earlier this year and have won 4 in a row for the first time this year, 2 of 3 games have gone over the total. Lean to OTT +210.
BUFF/BOS - The Bruins have won all 3 meetings this year but have a very slim chance of catching TB for 3rd in the Atlantic. Both teams have won 5 of their last 6 games, the Sabres includes 4 in a row. Lean to BUFF +270.
NJ/CAR - This will be the Canes last game of the season and have clinched the division title. NJ has been playing with no pressure and worth a small shot as a dog here. Lean to NJ +270.
WSH/NYI - No Ovechkin for the Caps and they looked awful without their captain last game out but they can still catch Pitt for 3rd in the division. No play for me.
TB/CLB - Expect Brian Elliott to start in goal for TB as they need one point to clinch third in the Atlantic. TB has won both meetings head to head this year. CLB plays harder at home, pass for me.
CAL/MIN - The Wild are fighting for home ice advantage in the first round, so they need this win while the Flames have nothing to play for and it wouldn't surprise me if a few key players were rested tonight. Lean to MIN -120.
NSH/COL - The Preds don't want to face the Avs in the first round, so they have a lot to play for as Dallas is one point ahead of them in the wildcard standings but with only one game left as NSH has 2 games left. Saros is out for the last 2 games though, so Rittich will be in goal. Small lean to NSH +225.
SJ/EDM - The Oilers have won all 3 meetings head to head this year and neither team has anything to play for. Watch who EDM rests tonight if you make a play on this game. Pass for me.
LA/VAN - The Canucks sat rested while LA played in Seattle last night and it will be the Kings last game of the season. Both teams have nothing to play for, side with the home team in this one. Lean to VAN -125. Playing tonight - back later with more plays.
