For the latest Leafs updates or Follow @mikeinbuffalo on Twitter The Toronto Maple Leafs have been able to turn around their season after a slow start with their core group beginning to generate the offense expected of them, with the blueline stabilized by the insertion of Timothy Liljegren and the shake up of the pairings, and with steady (and sometimes spectacular) goaltending from Jack Campbell. The Leafs could be more dependent on Campbell in the near future than they intended, as they take on the Boston Bruins at Scotiabank Arena on Saturday. Head coach Sheldon Keefe indicated that goalie Petr Mrazek suffered a setback with the groin injury that saw him miss two weeks in October. With Erik Kallgren and Michael Hutchinson playing for the AHL Marlies this weekend, the Leafs recalled goalie Joseph Woll. “(Mrazek is) get evaluated, we'll find out more (on Sunday). He tweaked something the other day and just wasn't feeling right, so we're evaluating that." Keefe said. The Port Huron, MI native will be making his ninth start of the year, and his 5-2-1 record, 1.86 GAA and .932 save percentage is beginning to generate talk that the 29-year-old could merit consideration for Team USA at the upcoming Beijing Olympics. "(Jack) has put in a lot of work over the last two years. He's a guy that competes every day, no matter what." Leafs center Auston Matthews said. "He's just an amazing guy to be around. I'm not the one making those decisions, but obviously he's gonna have my vote."
