Line Juggling Once Again (Wild)

Freddy Gaudreau is drawing top line center this time between Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello. Not sure this is the answer either as Gaudreau has had his trouble putting the biscuit into some pretty gaping openings this season. Yes, the guy works hard and does the little things we don't notice all the time. But we do notice the fact the man is not the most gifted offensive wizard by any stretch.

Marco Rossi the eventual heir apparent to the top line role slots in between Matt Boldy and Marcus Foligno. Keeping Rossi with Boldy makes a lot of sense as the two have some very strong familiarity from last season in Iowa.

Joel Eriksson Ek centers Brandon Duhaime and Ryan Hartman which negates some of the effectiveness of what Eriksson Ek brings offensively.

The fourth line now consists of Tyson Jost, Sam Steel, and either Connor Dewar or Mason Shaw.

Matt Dumba has been moved down the lineup on defense painting with Jon Merrill as Calen Addison jumps up to play with Jonas Brodin. Neither Dumba, nor Brodin have looked great during the early going this season, so a change might get them both going.

You can juggle the lines until the cows come hike but until this team plays the game the right way the results will continue to be hit or miss.

Marc-Andre Fleury played his best game of the season Saturday afternoon in Boston and was the difference in thw Wild getting a point in the standings and them suffering their fourth regulation loss of the season.

Trip continues in Montreal tomorrow, so we will see what Wild team shows up then...
