As if you needed to relive the Toronto Maple Leafs losing in seven games to the Montreal Canadiens, the documentary series that was being filmed throughout last season will give you an inside look at that club’s fifth straight opening round loss in gleaming Technicolor.
The aftermath of the club’s disappointing early demise has seen recriminations of how GM Kyle Dubas has assembled the club, and the inability of core players Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner to come through, so it will be interesting to see how fans of the Leafs will feel after watching this series.
Will it make them feel any different or just make them more upset that a team with such promise fell short again??
