So yesterday, the NHL fined Brad Marchand $10,000 and did not give him a suspension for this.....
This is ridiculous. Kronwall is looking away and the puck is no where close to this. Marchand changes his trajectory, and clearly intends to hurt Kronwall. Brad Marchand is a great player, but I have yet to hear an argument that convinces me this wasn't a "jerk move" worthy of far more than a $10,000 fine from the NHL.

Canadian Teams are very impressive...(or at least for the most part MUCH better..)
*The Edmonton Oilers are tied for first in the Pacific with San Jose. *The Habs are in first in the Atlantic *The Leafs are right in the thick of things a year or two earlier than expected. *The Sens are a playoff team DESPITE playing many games without their starting goalie. *The Canucks were left for dead a month ago and are now right on the bubble. *The Flames and Jets have struggled a bit, but both have had strong stretches and both are most definitely in the playoff race...
And remember, last season we didn't have a single team from Canada in the playoffs.
