Don Henderson has not been able to return to the ice since the incident with Dennis Wideman 15 months ago and according to TSN's Rick Westhead, the NHL linesman has filed a lawsuit against the Calgary defenseman, the Flames organization and the province of Alberta for $10.25 Million.
Westhead indicates that Henderson "has suffered a limitation of activities and loss of enjoyment of life."

The NHL announced Patrice Bergeron, Mikko Koivu and Ryan Kesler as their nominees for the Selke Trophy on Wednesday, and tonight they have revealed the choices for the Calder Trophy.
Toronto's Auston Matthews, Winnipeg's Patrik Laine and Columbus blueliner Zach Werenski are the finalists, which does not come as a big surprise.
