We have had many games postponed this season due to covid, but last night in Dallas it happened due to the weather! Plenty of goals scored last night in the NHL, some very entertaining hockey. Decent slate of games tonight, 6 on tap! Keep in mind, you got the Devils and Wild off 2 week layoffs playing tonight! Buffalo looked very average last night after their two week break, so lets see how New Jersey and Minnesota fair tonight.
Scenario #1 – Teams that are playing each other in back to back games, in which the home team loses the first game, the record of the home team in the second game is 26-12! Buffalo fits this system tonight.
Scenario #2 – Teams playing back to back road games on consecutive nights tend to go under the total in the 2nd game. So far that trend is 10-11 when teams play on the road back to back nights. NYI/Buffalo fits the system tonight.
