New Jersey Devils have won three in a row. Tonight, they are going to need to beat the Washington Capitals if they want to extend their streak to four.
According to Amanda Stein, it appears that Devils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood will get the nod and try to go for his fourth straight win. He has been stellar and solid since the come from behind victory over the Anaheim Ducks. Blackwood has a 3-1-0 record on the season with a GAA of 2.02 and .904 save percentage.
You have to be happy for #NJDevils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood who has been named the third star of the week.

Will the Devils go 11 forwards and 7 defensemen again? It appears that way and I do not have a problem with it. Why fix something that is not broke? The Devils have a tremendous amount of depth on defense and this will give more opportunities for Kevin Bahl. Bahl has the size and reach to be disruptive as he keeps on improving. But what do you do with forwards Fabian Zetterlund and Alexander Holtz vying for a roster spot?
What are your thoughts? Should Lindy ruff continues with 11 forwards and 7 defensemen?
