What an incredible first night of the playoffs….two overtime games, both ending in upsets….long sleepless nights are back…so here are my thoughts on tonight’s new series.
Tonight we get three of the 2 vs. 3 matchups underway…and each are totally unique and could go either way…
First off…The Toronto Maple Leafs vs Tampa
The Leafs are under incredible pressure once again, but never before have they been so perfectly matched as they are against the remnants of this great Lightning team. Until the Lightning fall off in the playoffs it’s going to be hard to say they are true underdogs….but they are in this series. Leafs in 5. I feel the Leafs are making a statement this summer.
