The last two nights, games are going over the total at an 11-4 clip while home teams are 11-4 as well. Overall, home teams are 47-29 to start the season but there's no edge with totals as it's an even 34-34-2. We have two teams with their home openers tonight in Florida and Chicago on a small three game card.
Last night, favs went 8-4 but we had a few big dogs hit with Buffalo +240 and SJ +250. As I mentioned in yesterday's blog, be very careful playing big favs as the parity in the NHL early in the season will ring true! Letdown spots or teams looking ahead to other matchups happens quite often.
