The Los Angeles Kings announced today that forward Dustin Brown will retire at the end of the 2022 playoffs.

Dustin Brown, a two-time Stanley Cup champion and our all-time leader in regular-season games played, will retire from the NHL at the conclusion of the 2022 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The forward also spent eight years as captain of the Kings, winning two Stanley Cups in 2012 and 2014.
It’s been an impressive career for Brown and it’s a positive way for him to end his career, with the Kings back in the playoffs for the first time since 2018. Here’s to hoping they’re able to make a deep run for Brown’s final postseason.
