Various reports have Islanders forward Josh Bailey agreeing to a six-year deal to stay in New York, no confirmation on the amount but it is said to be in the $5 Million range.
On Nash and McDonagh...
Both are skating with the team at practice today....Keeping a close eye...I firmly believe BOTH players are in bidding wars right now and the Rangers have enough to get them done...but why not wait and see how much more? As for Nash...not Nashville I am told...but all can change.. McDonagh...going to be tough to better Tampa....Boston and Toronto are trying...
On the Florida Panthers....
Look out! The Panthers are buying and talking to to teams about adding assets and making a playoff run...Rumors out there that they are looking into Pacioretty....not sure yet, but I do hear they have looked at Evander Kane and Maroon....hope to solidify some of this in a bit...
