There is still a ton of momentum surrounding McDavid and the LA Kings. This is one of those things that's being done way in the background of course because there's so many players involved and no one wants to get anybody upset about this in case it doesn't occur.... It's also been noted out there at Toronto and the Rangers have interest in McDavid... but truthfully, I think that's just speculation and not much more because in reality every team has interest in McDavid....
So far, the kings were the only team that I saw doing a real run at this... I am told there's another team however, and I'm told it to kind of a surprising team... it's not on the record yet, but what I can tell you is it a team that did not make the playoffs for the last two years... and yet it's a team where McDavid would be OK going.... things having progressed too far yet, but this is another real case where people are taking time off of their summer and working on things involving bringing McDavid to their team....
I hope you'll be able to put this on the record soon, but I need to get it through a couple more sources first before my single source feel comfortable putting it out there... This is typical that a rumor from one source can't be dangerous to the source if the source is connected closely.... which in this case they are...
