France St. Louis was only 63 when she died unexpectedly of a heart attack last Thursday.
Her Olympic gold medal and Stanley Cup winning son, Martin, paid homage to his mother by playing in Game 5 in Pittsburgh on Friday night. Martin played with a heavy heart in Game 5, and said afterwards that he thought that his mother would be proud of him for supporting his teammates and helping inspire them to a key playoff game victory.
On Mother's Day, Martin continued to remember his mother by scoring the first goal of the game for her.

The Rangers are 2-0 since Mrs. St. Louis passed away on Thursday. The series is now tied 3-3 and Game 7 in Pittsburgh on Tuesday night.
St. Louis was voted the first star of Game 6.
A beautiful moment indeed.
Chills worthy.
