Team Canada shifts their focus away from their rivalry with the United States to focus on their next challenge. It will be their next exhibition game which will come against Russia.
Sidney Crosby met with the media for over seven straight minutes answering questions
Sid went on to talk about Evgeni Malkin and how it isn't common for them to play against each other. He also talked about some Malkin moments he remembers fondly.
Here are two Evgeni Malkin goals that really made an impression on Sidney Crosby: https://t.co/RGc7uPkOCr

Crosby also talked about not overlooking the competition just because Canada is talented.
Making things interesting is the fact that Team Canada has set up shop in Sidney Crosby's NHL home. Canada has been practicing at the CONSOL Energy Center.

Sid was a good host as he invited some of his Canadian teammates to his house to take in the Pittsburgh Steelers game during Monday Night Football.
Russian superstar Pavel Datsyuk was complimentary of Canada's Captain
Pavel Datsyuk had some interesting things to say about players who play his style of game: https://t.co/gXgHmjiJ8P

“There are not many creative players now,… Datsyuk said after Team Russia’s World Cup of Hockey practice Sunday at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry. “It’s less and less every year. There’s lots of talent, but teams are playing more systems.…Told of Crosby’s admiration for his game, Datsyuk seemed taken aback and expressed honest appreciation before offering his feelings on Crosby.
“I respect him, too,… said Datsyuk, who has 314 career goals and 918 points in 953 NHL games. “When I look at him, he’s not a big guy, but he really competes. He finds spots to score. He doesn’t ever give up and he finishes every shift.…
As far as the game goes it will be Carey Price in net while Corey Crawford backs him up.
Price spoke about his time off and how it has impacted his game. The following is from NHL.com's Arpon Basu (@ArponBasu) on Twitter:
I Spoke to Carey Price briefly yesterday about rust he showed in 1st game. I thought rebound on Pavelski goal was worst example, he disagreed. Price said he was going to kick that puck int corner, as it arrived it bounced up on edge, hit his stick, then his pad and right in front. Felt most rusty retrieving pucks behind his net because of speed of forecheckers coming at him, and general dealing with speed of the game. On that rebound, he said only way to prevent what happened would be to scoop shot with his glove, which he would never do. Was just bad luck. Price felt he began adjusting to the speed of the game as it went along. Should be interesting to see how he looks early tomorrow night.
Canada lines not good news for Claude Giroux, rotating with a player in Tyler Seguin who is locked in. Same goes for Muzzin, obviously

It looks like Claude Giroux and Jake Muzzin will be getting the night off against Russia.
These have a decent chance of being the lines
Marchand-Crosby-Bergeron Couture-Toews-Stamkos Ttavares-Getzlaf-Perry Duchene-Seguin-Thornton
Vlasic-Weber Bouwmeester-Doughty Pietrangelo-Burns
Tomorrow night's game against Russia is at 7:30PM and will be on Sportsnet and ESPN 2.
