After the Penguins dismantled the Maple Leafs by a score to 4-0 on Saturday night they have had a break in their schedule. During this break the players held their annual Halloween party.
The costume of the year belongs to Penguins forward Bryan Rust.
Bryan Rust dressing up as a hot dog is a clear jab at professional troll Steve Simmons. It was Simmons who wrote a fictitious account of Phil Kessel visiting a hot dog vendor in Toronto on a daily basis. The story lacked any shred of truth and just goes to show what kind of nonsense Kessel had to deal with in Toronto.
It is nice to see Phil enjoying himself with his new teammates and taking the unfounded personal attacks in stride.
