Isles Hawks Part 2 (isles)

The Islanders dropped their season opener last night at the hands of the defending Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks. After a sluggish first period, the Isles fought back and played a solid final two periods before losing to the Hawks 3-2 in overtime. No time to rest though as these two teams take the ice again tonight this time in Chicago.

It sounds like the forward and dmen will be the same tonight with the only change in net. Thomas Griess was impressive in net tonight but recently claimed rookie J-F Berube will make his NHL debut against the Blackhawks. Good luck kid! Here is the projected lineup for tonight.

Projected forwards Anders Lee-John Tavares-Ryan Strome Josh Bailey-Frans Nielsen-Kyle Okposo Nikolay Kulemin-Mikhail Grabovski-Brock Nelson Matt Martin-Casey Cizikas-Cal Clutterbuck

Projected dmen Johnny Boychuk-Nick Leddy Travis Hamonic-Calvin de Haan Brian Strait-Marek Zidlicky

Goalies J-F Berube Thomas Griess

Stratches Steve Bernier Ryan Pulock
