The Ducks have acquired left wing Ryan Garbutt from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for left wing Jiri Sekac.
Trading Sekac isn't surprising, he obviously was not in Bruce Boudreau's favor. Garbutt isn't the type of player that Anaheim needs, but maybe he can supply some electricity to the "energy line."
