Twenty-two Avalanche prospects, including their 2015 first-round draft pick Mikko Rantanen, will attend development camp this week, with one-ice sessions Tuesday through Thursday at Family Sports Center in Centennial, CO.
Players will participate in a number of activities throughout the camp; the on-ice sessions are open to the public and free.
The camp has been divided into three teams:
Team Grey: RW Mikko Rantanen, D Nicolas Meloche, D Mason Geertsen, D Kyle Wood, C Conner Bleackley, D Anton Lindholm, G Maximilian Pajpach.
Team Blue: LW Andreas Martinsen, LW Alexis Pepin, C/LW Julien Nantel, D Sergei Boikov, LW J.T. Compher, D Rafael Maheux, G Spencer Martin.
Team Burgundy: D Chris Bigras, LW A.J. Greer, C Jean-Christophe Beaudin, RW Nick Magyar, D Ben Storm, D Wilhelm Westlund, D Justin Hamonic, G Roman Will.
Tuesday schedule: 8 a.m., goalies and Team Grey; 9:15 a.m., Team Grey; 10:30 a.m., Team Blue; 11:45 a.m., Team Burgundy.
Wednesday schedule: 8 a.m., goalies and Team Blue; 9:15 a.m., Team Blue; 10:30 a.m., Team Burgundy; 11:45 a.m., Team Grey.
