Malkin seems to come up every year now and every year we have to wonder..When is the right time to move this asset and get the pieces needed to win another Cup? Well this year really looks like it could be the one. We have now watched this Penguins group go down VERY easily in consecutive playoff series and Rutherford isn't afraid to make serious trades...

Hearing more and more that Subban is high on the list for the Leafs..the only other team with some interest is Detroit...which personally I find surprising, but I am just the messenger...However, I put the chances of PK in Detroit REALLY low...(10% on the Rumor Chart, compared with 40% for Toronto...) Kapanen to the Penguins? Darren Dreger reporting this is being discussed...
On Taylor Hall... A new entry into the Hall sweeps...San Jose (hearing San Jose may be aggressive in the UFA market.....although they may lose out to Calgary as they lost out to Toronto on Tavares..
