Been on the phone a ton today and I have had more than a few people imply to me (some subtly others very directly) that they are hearing a new price tag for Matt Duchene is coming and they are starting to gear up once again because the belief is next week could see the relaunching of a sweepstakes for the talented forward...
Montreal, NY Islanders, Buffalo, Nashville, and Columbus are the teams to watch here....Nashville may be the least likely but may have the best fit...

The Leafs are willing to talk but as of now are being very specific as to their needs and what it would take to acquire James. They want a top 4 dman with some experience but less than 5 years in the NHL...and a very good prospect/pick. This makes the list of possible teams pretty small currently...Winnipeg is one that may fit the bill I keep hearing...
