Another crazy night capping, with 1st period totals going under at a 9-3 clip. Favs were 10-2 while home teams were 8-4. Totals were 7-4-1 going over last night. We had a good finish to the night hitting some of the late games. We have an 8 game card today. Analysis below.
TB/NYI - 2pm EST - It's hard to figure either of these teams lately, but TB has gone under the total in 8 straight games. Both teams played afternoon games yesterday, with TB winning in OT and NYI looking awful in Boston. Lean to the under 5.5 here as both know each so well from the last 2 playoffs. TB won the only meeting this year 4-1 and are playing their 10th of their last 11 games on the road.
BUFF/NYR - 5pm EST - Both teams have won 5 of their last 7 games. NYR beat the Sabres 2-1 and 5-4 this year, so BUFF plays NYR tough. The Rangers are off a huge emotional win over Pitt and you know Shesterkin won't be in goal today. Horrible sandwich game for NYR as they are at PItt on Tuesday night. Lean to BUFF +230.
DET/PITT - 5pm EST - The Pens have the Rangers on deck while the Wings are off a tough OT loss to TB at home. Detroir is awful on the road while Pitt should do just enough to get the win. The Wings won in Pitt back in January 3-2 SO. Lean to Pitt PL
PHI/NSH - 6pm EST - Flyers 4th game in 6 nights on the road, all 3 road games have gone over the total so far on this roadie. The Preds need this win badly to stay in the playoff chase. PHI beat NSH 5-4 just 10 days ago in Philly. Lean to NSH PL
COL/MIN - The Avs won both games at home this year, head to head. The Avs sat rested while the Wild had a home game against CLB.
AZ/WIN - The Yotes have lost 4 in a row while the Jets need this win to stay in the playoff hunt. The Jets are 7-3 in their last 10 games. Lean to WIN PL
FL/TOR - Both teams played last night, Panthers are 8-2 in their last 10 games and the Leafs will have Mrazek in goal, enough said. Lean to FL -105 in their first meeting against Toronto this season.
MTL/NJ - Both teams played last night, but it was the Habs off an emotional home win over rival Toronto. Both teams are 4-6 in their last 10 games. The Devils blew out MLT 7-1 earlier this season. Lean to NJ -161.
