The NHL announced today that Detroit Red Wings forward David Perron has been suspended six games for cross-checking Ottawa Senators defenseman Artem Zub in Saturday's game in Detroit. The incident happened moments after Detroit star Dylan Larkin was knocked unconscious by a blow/cross-check to the back of the head by Ottawa's Mathieu Joseph. Larkin, who was able to leave the ice with help, was placed on injured reserve. As Zub stood near Larkin, Perron delivered a high cross-check.
What your take on the suspension? Too much? Not enough? Right call?
