It's been a big news day for Habs fans, here in Montreal.
First, defenseman David Reinbacher, currently recovering from an undisclosed injury with the Laval Rocket, was spotted skating at the Bell Centre in Montreal Canadiens practice gear.

Then the official English language X account of KHL club SKA Saint Petersburg posted that Ivan Demidov will join the Montreal Canadiens this season by mutual agreement with the club. Elliotte Friedman reported that the Canadiens are now working to sign Demidov.
