2. Victor Rask joins James Neal, Owen Sillinger, and Liam Hawel on a professional tryout on the offense. Rask split last season between the Minnesota Wild and Seattle Kraken.
3. Ben Harpur is the first defenseman on a PTO with the Blue Jackets. Harpur has split time between the Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Nashville Predators in his 7 year career. In 156 NHL games with Ottawa and Nashville, he only has recorded one goal and 14 assists. This fits the mold of the Jackets’ desire of more size.
4. Scott Harrington has joined the San Jose Sharks on a PTO.
