It is Hockey Night in the ‘Peg as Nashville makes its second trip to the Great White North to take on the Jets at the MTS Centre. The Predators come in on a roll, gaining points in ten of their last thirteen games winning their last two and gathering five out of six possible points on this road trip thus far. The Jets come into tonight’s game four points behind Nashville, in the basement of the Central Division with pressure mounting on the coaching staff to get the ship turned around.
Offensively, the Predators have been pouring it on, scoring 14 goals in three games and seeing a couple of players finally get on track, including Colin Wilson and Viktor Stalberg. Two needed pieces of the offensive puzzle.
On the injury front, Nashville lists Mike Fisher as doubtful. Winnipeg has a long list of injuries including Jacob Trouba, Mark Stuart, Jim Slater and Evander Kane.
Another lineup change for Nashville as Filip Forsberg has been sent down to Milwaukee to get the kid some ice time. The Ad’s have a three in three weekend and the youngster will get some much needed PT. Taylor Beck has been called up to replace him on the roster.
Game time is 7pm central, coverage on the Predators radio Network flagship 102.5 the Game with Willy Daunic and Stu Grimson on the call. TV Coverage is on Fox SportSouth with the Voice of the Predators Pete Weber and Color Analyst Terry Crisp.

- A shout out to Willy Daunic who has been doing a great job filling in on play-by-play on the Predators Radio Network. Hockey is without a doubt, the most difficult game to call, especially on radio. Good on ya Willy D!
- Don’t you find it fascinating that the same Canadian press corps that is screaming for change with the Jets are also lauding the stability of the Predators coaching and GM. SMH…
