Forwards
8 Dominik Kubalik 11 Adam Gaudette 12 Alex DeBrincat 13 Henrik Borgstrom 14 Garrett Mitchell 15 Carson Gicewicz 16 Jujhar Khaira 17 Dylan Strome 19 Jonathan Toews 20 Brett Connolly 22 Ryan Carpenter 23 Philipp Kurashev 25 Jalen Luypen 26 Evan Barratt 27 Lukas Reichel 28 Colton Dach 34 Kale Howarth 36 Josiah Slavin 38 Brandon Hagel 39 Dylan McLaughlin 45 Cam Morrison 52 Reese Johnson 53 Michal Teply 54 Chad Yetman 56 Dmitri Osipov 57 Chris Wilkie 58 MacKenzie Entwistle 59 Jakub Pour 67 Matej Chalupa 68 Riley McKay 77 Kirby Dach 78 Liam Folkes 79 D.J. Busdeker 84 Andrei Altybarmakian 86 Mike Hardman 88 Patrick Kane 90 Tyler Johnson 92 Alex Nylander
Defensemen
4 Seth Jones 5 Connor Murphy 6 Jake McCabe 41 Isaak Phillips 42 Nolan Allan 43 Chad Krys 44 Calvin de Haan 46 Louis Crevier 48 Wyatt Kalynuk 51 Ian Mitchell 55 Ryan Stanton 61 Riley Stillman 62 Ethan Del Mastro 63 Michael Kruti 74 Nicolas Beaudin 75 Alec Regula 76 Jakub Galvas 82 Caleb Jones
Goalies
29 Marc-Andre Fleury 30 Malcolm Subban 31 Cale Morris 32 Kevin Lankinen 40 Arvid Soderblom 60 Collin Delia 80 Tom Aubrun
There are no surprises as the additional players are IceHogs and recent draft picks. Although there are 12 players invited on professional tryouts (PTOs), they are all minor leaguers. Not counting Ryan Stanton who hasn't played in the NHL since 2016, there are no NHL veterans on PTOs.

Dark Horse Revisited
In yesterday's blog, I identified the following 8 players as dark horse candidates who may make it tough on the coaching staff to cut them when roster decisions are being made (Henrik Borgstrom wasn't included due to him not being waiver exempt thus defaulted to make the cut or else risk getting claimed):
* Andrei Altybarmakian * Evan Barratt * MacKenzie Entwistle * Jakub Pour * Lukas Reichel * Michal Teply * Jakub Galvas * Alec Regula
Of the 19 new players added to the training camp roster, Dylan McLaughlin is a prime candidate to make some noise despite being on an AHL contract presently. He's a shifty playmaking center who has strong skating, keen hockey sense, sharp vision, and capacity to thrive on both special teams.
As for 2021 2nd round pick Colton Dach, there is plenty of intrigue given who his older brother is in 2020 1st round pick and top 6 center hopeful Kirby. Colton showed well in the recent prospects showcase versus the Wild putting on display his persona as the triggerman on a scoring line and powerplay.
