Of the nine Los Angeles Kings prospects who competed at the World Junior Championship tournament this year, six are leaving with medals.
Brock Faber, Arthur Kaliyev and Alex Turcotte all captured Gold with Team USA yesterday, defeating Canada 2-0, with Turcotte scoring the game-winning goal.

Quinton Byfield and Jordan Spence both came out on the losing end but will walk away with Silver Medals. Byfield had two goals and seven points in seven games, while Spence played a limited role, scoring one goal in two games.
Kasper Simontaival didn’t go home empty handed either, after Finland defeated Russia 4-1 in the Bronze Medal Game yesterday. Simontaival was key for Finland throughout the tournament and finished with four goals and seven points in seven games.
Other Kings prospects Tobias Bjornfot (SWE), Martin Chromiak (SVK) and Lukas Parik (CZE) were all eliminated from the tournament in the quarterfinals.
