The Carolina Hurricanes traded defenseman Justin Faulk to the St. Louis Blues today. In exchange for Faulk and a fifth-round pick in next year's draft, Carolina receives prospect Dominik Bokk, defenseman Joel Edmundson and a seventh-round pick in 2021.

Faulk has spent all eight of his NHL seasons in Carolina, totalling 258 points in 559 career games. Bokk was a first-round pick in 2018, while Edmundson has played 269 career games for the Blues and was part of last year's Stanley Cup-winning team.
