According to Mike Heika, the Dallas Stars tweaked their line combinations a little at Thursday's practice at Nokia Arena in Tampere, Finland. Notably, veteran captain Jamie Benn switched onto Roope Hintz's line in rushes. Jason Robertson skated with Wyatt Johnston's line. The other lines and defensive pairs were identical to the combos from the game against Chicago prior to the trip to Finland.
If Thursday's lines hold over for Friday's Global Series game in Tampere against the Florida Panthers, these would be the starting lines. The Stars are the designated "home" team in Friday's game and will have the last line change advantage.
