Claude Julien gave his players a day off yesterday... Back in the day, that day off would have been cancelled and a punishing skating session would have taken place but that was then, and this is now. This morning, there was a practice in Brossard but before they got down to business, all players were called back to the locker room by Kirk Muller solely to be explained what the day's drills would be. When they got back on the ice, the lines were unchanged from what we saw Saturday:
Tatar - Danault - Gallagher Lehkonen - Domi - Suzuki Hudon - Kotkaniemi - Armia Cousins - Thompson - Weal
Chiarot - Weber Mete - Petry Reilly - Fleury Kulak - Folin
Price Kinkaid
Here's a look at some of the drills:

The best news of the day though came from Boston, it appears that Bergeron will not be travelling with the team because of a lower body injury. It's a sad state of affair when you have to hope that the opponent isn't at its best.
Bergeron (LBI) will NOT travel to MTL-OTT.

We also learnt this morning that Halak will be in net for the Bruins while Rask will be facing Ottawa on Wednesday. That might not be good news for the Canadiens as Rask has had some off games against Montreal through the years.
The puck drops at 19:00 tomorrow night and let's hope that a game against the Bruins can set the Bleu, Blanc, Rouge right!
