After a strong showing in Game 1 that saw Florida win 5-2 in enemy territory, the Cats will look to repeat that performance when the puck drops again tonight in Carolina.
I thought the rust of their extended break showed for the Canes in Game 1. They seemed a touch slower and a bit off in general. I don’t anticipate the same look tonight now that they have a game under their belt.

“We would expect the best game out of Carolina tonight. You have to be completely prepared to match that and be prepared for what they’re going to bring. You can’t look ahead. It’s one of those things where when you lose a game you rebound really hard."
