Anaheim Ducks forward David Backes may not have many games left in his NHL career.
Speaking to the media over the weekend, the 36-year-old forward said retirement after the season is probable, though not certain.

While he hasn’t had much of a role with the Ducks this year, Backes has had a very successful career, playing 964 NHL games to this point and spending five years as the captain of the St. Louis Blues.
