Interesting proposal. I think Buffalo makes the deal in 2 seconds especially where they sit in the East. Hossa has come back to earth, still a solid player but by no means a art ross candidaite. Read more then one place there is serious problems in the dressing room. Whih means a star player because if it wasn't a stAr theyop him now. So........Sharp and Hossa a great team guys. Keith and Seabrook seem like great team guys. While I'm not sure hes worth that much he is worth a ton more then the hawks fans think he is. The fuuiest part is they r offering prospects for a player as young or younger then there prospects. Not to mention leaps and bounds better.

Niemi won a cup and was not the number one. San jose is stacked and no goalie wins therebas long as jumbo is there. There is nothing going on so ek is making it up. Crawford is not the problem. The defense is terrible and they have too much money in too few guys. Need to trade kane or hossa for at least two roster players. Losing ladd, buff, brow, campbell, etc, is a hit nobteam could take. They would be idiots to use up cap on a goalie. At the end of the day their goalie wont matter.

Yeah I agree the defense has been bad but who is the the most important part of your defense? The answer is your goaltending, and when Crawford cant make a save or win a game for them then you have a big problem. Doesnt matter how good the hawks defense play if a team can take a shot from the red line and score. EX Nashville. When Crawford, or any goalie keeps letting in weak goals it deflates the team. He is the backbone of the team and when he cant win you a game then you are in trouble.

Having watched most of last year's Vancouver/Chicago series, I have to ask a Chicago fan what's going on with Crawford?
