terminator
predator
commando
running man
total recall

there are like 2-3 other movies that are interchangeable with most on this list though

- daeth

I realised the same thing as I was making my list.

T2
Predator

and then Commando, pick a Conan, True Lies, Total Recall, Eraser, etc. all fill out the rest of it.

I'd lean Commando, True Lies and whichever the first Conan was.

Terminator was a better story than T2, but T2 was kind of the first modern blockbuster.

It all depends how you get to the ending.

I know I've seen poop where the path sucked so the ambiguous ending was even worse but other poop that was good and ended with a bit of WTF that I don't mind at all

How do peeps feel about product placement?

I'm talking like when the computers aren't Dell because they're "Pell" or the characters drink "Mountain Fun" instead of Mountain Dew

I was talking with a coworker about this but I don't mind when the lunch room has the name brand snacks or the cars all have the brands labelled. I think its distracting when they're in like... a gas station and everything has some ghetto name. Even the less egregious stuff in things like Transformers is fine for me.

Like I just looked around my desk and I have Samsung, AOC, ThermalTake, Razr, Vancouver Canucks, Mutant Mass, Perrier Apples, Amazon, HP, Seagate, NZXT, Insignia, Duck Tape, Danby, Good Things, Blue Jays, Marvel/DC, Crispy Crunch, Team Canada, Telus, Lulu Lemon, Adidas etc.

Stuff having name brand labels is how stuff is stuff.
