we're trying to Apples something out

I played half of A Way Out with a friend. Makes David Cage look like a great writer.

Since it's co-op it was fun ripping into all the stupid poop in the game though. It might be worth playing just for that.

yes. we played side by side on the couch. much fun that way.

couldn't imagine playing that game solo or even online.

the split screening made it fun

It'd be difficult to enjoy it with a random person imo. You absolutely need to play with someone you can laugh with because the script is quite poor and the gameplay is really barebones. You don't have much freedom while playing, they didn't give the players much choice in terms of paths to take and the like and most gameplay elements simply require a single button push so interactivity is low as well.

If you're playing with someone that'll get competitive with you in a simple game of wheelchair balancing or similar then you'll be fine. The game is loaded with tons of goofy things like that.

Conor and Hank are the most well written cop duo to date. If you enjoyed the banter between Rust and Marty in True Detective you must play the leading GOTY candidate Detroit: Become Human. Unrivaled chemistry. What a game.

Watched Moneyball for the first time. Made me realize how I love baseball even if I'm out-to-date with today's teams and players. The only thing that annoyed me during all the movie was Brad Pitt. As much as his tough guy act worked well in Inglorious Bastards, in Moneyball my head was always saying "Brad Pitt playing a tough guy" and not "Oakland GM".
