Gawd yes please someone take him without it costing the Jets much in the way of assets to be rid of him.

I'd be cool with a swap of some other teams no longer needed player if said player doesn't carry a long term contract, big salary and plays a position of need like a center.

I really don't see Seattle having any interest in Wheeler, they're set on the wings and have great depth.
Chicago is collecting older players for some reason so maybe they'd want Wheeler but doesn't make much sense considering where they're at plus would he waive for the Hawks.

I don’t think Wheeler goes anywhere. True North has him going all over Northern Manitoba as a team ambassador.
