I wouldn't expect Carolina to win the series. Their team weaknesses of limited high end skill are being exposed. Odds are definitely against them to win the series. That said, I don't think they are eliminated for sure nor that Florida is a sleeping giant just pacing themselves for the playoffs either.

It is the Bob difference that is happening here. The guy is finally playing well enough to be earning his salary!

The Cane's are due for some breaks tonight. If they play a full 60 minute game and capitalize on their chances, I can see a 2-1 or 3-2 game. Gotta have above average goaltending from Anderson tonight and limit the defensive lapses, ala both OT game winners. Should be interesting, and want to see at least a GM 5 back in Raleigh.

The "defensive lapses" are inevitable especially when playing long into OT like Burns' turnover in Game 1. Reality is, the Hurricanes are playing a much better defensive brand of hockey than Florida but it doesn't matter much when Bobrovsky bails out Florida and Carolina can't capitalize on their chances.

I like both teams , but kinda rooting for the Canes , but after losing game three there finished. Excellent defensive team but can't score. Maybe go after Patrick Kane in the off season?

Yeah, I can't see them winning four straight. Svechnikov is their best goal scorer and his absence alone is killing them. Add in no Pacioretty and they have very little for elite finishing. Great defensive team. Got solid goaltending this postseason. If healthy I think can win the SC. But their limited offensive skill with this lineup has been exposed.

Kane is poop now. Why do people keep suggesting him as some saviour for teams that can't score? Also I'm glad the canes are losing. Only because that guy bingo is so annoying.
