Without a doubt it is Gru's net. Unless he is hurt he is the go to between the pipes. He has really been outstanding in the post season. Last game I wouldnt really put it on him. He made some big stops, but Dallas got some boynces and really open chances in about the net.

What I did like was the pushback. Kraken DID make a game of it and showed they can put a number of goals behind Ottinger.

Yup. I dont get why special teams are that bad but at this point it just is what it is. Too late to suddenly see a big change.

Kraken continue to be in most games and just take series long. Their well rounded heavy forecheck banging game when executed really does wear out the opposition too. Absolutely loving this post season run, and fact we are really still in a position to beat Dallas and continue.

Thanks Sean,

I think the trouble on the PP is partly because they change what’s been so successful for them 5v5. They get most of their chances by cycling the puck down low and exploiting an odd man chance in front. On the PP they mostly just move it around the perimeter and then bomb it from the point and hope for a rebound.

I dont agree but also dont disagree. They do lose the heavy aggressive forecheck you are right. That said I think they cycle well, win board battles well, BUT they dont seem to get the traffic in front and win the rebound battles a lot.

You may not have much left to cheer for. Do or die tonight.

I believe we’ll get a game 7, 4-2 Kraken.

Heya Aaron 👍

Yeah its do or die tonight. Win this one, go to GM7 anything can happen.

Honestly we have been able to score, just need to get the game overall tightened back up. Need Gru to elevate his game again.

Going with Kraken 5-4.
