Sabres snoozed on the deadline. But make no mistake they will likely be a powerhouse very soon.

Yes the website has been down all morning.

Quick.....I dunno. The numbers are ok. But he seems, not "quick" enough whenever I watch him.

Kane...the Rangers are still small and soft and easy to knock around.

Orlov...more genius from a GM who's anything but. I think someone else is telling Sweeny what to do. Hathaway to the Bruins also seems pretty savvy.

the price paid for Chychrun now seems very low. But, he's hurt already so there's that.

That defenseman the Oilers got.....that seems to be working out ok. And strangely Nashville is playing well after packing it in. Be funny if they squeeked into the playoffs.

Avs shoulda picked up Vrana. And a backup G. 1 line and 1 G ain't gonna win a cup.

The last thing any GM wants to do at the deadline is alienate their rooster!

explain this to me, winny and calgary get in, so the buzztron says seattle who RIGHT NOW with 88 points basically will lose out 8 of 9 and one of those is ot? Thats insane. The flames and jets play I think its next Saturday something like that, that will be the game if the flames make or miss!

The one team that should have overpaid for a goalie. Like Gibson.

Well, Kevyn Adans is the same guy who lowballed Linus Ulmark with one year deals and has rested the franchise on Devon Levi before he's ever played a single professional game. The list of awful goalies he's brought in in such a short amount of time is pretty pathetic.

Shame the media in Buffalo never asks this guy a tough question. To hear them tell it, he's been flawless.

Penguins should have traded for Quick.

LA lost in regulation last night, so they're not 9-0-3 in their last twelve.

The NCAA's leading goal scorer Jason Polin signed by Colorado. Who knows if he'll translate to the NHL but it's a nice lottery ticket, especially given the Avs depleted system.

The best trade was clearly Granlund to Pittsburgh.

If only Hextard could have known adding a mediocre depth forward on a huge liability contract wasn't a wise idea. Good thing he gets paid the big bucks to make those decisions. No regular fan could do that job nearly as well.

Guerin was interested and scouted him recently. He had a breakout year. He’ll be 24 in June though.

They're only good trades until the players they acquired aren'y Leafs anymore. One they're no longer Leafs, they're not really that good.
