The Pens are unimpressive and will most likely get curb stomped in the first round of the playoffs, and then it will only get worse from there. Part of the reason the Flyers suck is the fact that Hextall was here for too long and he'll destroy what's left of your team too. Yesterday's game could have gone either way if not for a lucky save by your goalie and a bad goal by Hart to give you some breathing room.

Granlund's first point was an assist on the first goal of the game, not the ENG.

They are still on track for a quicker rebuild than the flyers are

That save from DeSmith was/is what this team needs. You could see them bend in the third. CDS held it together and they were able to right the ship.

They have to be being coached to play that passive in the 3rd. It’s like clockwork.

I'm glad you guys helped the Flyers, but...why wasn't the play blown down when Laughton had the puck when Tippett was down hurt on the ice? Not that it matters much, just wondering.

Was a normal blocked shot. I believe they blow it dead if it’s a headshot? Idk.

I thought they could have blown it dead. Some rare occasions they don't if they don't think the guy has clear possession, so it wasn't completely unheard of, but most of the time Philly gets that call.

We weren't exactly thrilled with the goal DeSmith gave up either.

Pens are well on their way to being irrelevant, just trying to extend the playoff streak at this point. Not telling us anything new that they aren't that impressive, save the top 6 can still score.

#NYR    warmup lines vs. Penguins:

Panarin-Zibanejad-Tarasenko
Kreider-Trocheck-Kakko
Lafrenière-Chytil-Kane
Vesey-Goodrow-Motte

Man the talent on those top 3 lines ...

Had nothing to do with a headshot. If a player is injured and his team possesses the puck, the play should be blown dead.

Nylanders speed is obvious. Just needs to be a bit stronger on the puck.

I meant more the team in Philly 's situation for the player down. Sorry if it looked otherwise.

Basically they usually do and I think should blow the play dead, but it's hardly the only time I've seen them not do so if the player touching the puck doesn't maintain possession.
