If Boeser was consistent I’d trade a 2nd and prospect. Unfortunately he is not consistent and has a hefty contract.

Thanks for keeping up the blogs Michael. Just a heads up always good to post in last one new one is up. People forget to check and just keep posting.

Anyway, with Kuzmenko and now Beau it’s hard to see keeping Boeser as well. Getting a decent return would be amazing. It’s not likely but desperate GM’s around TDL do goofy things.

Thank you Michael. Talk about a team with rabid fans starved for content. Living in Van I get to see the Canucks on the regular. In my opinion they have one untouchable. Pettersson. A true superstar. Every other player can be used to change the make up of this team, and yes that includes Hughes with the right return. Completely revamp the defence. This team will score. Goaltending is solid with Demko, but defending is a horror show. As crazy as this sounds this team isn't that far off. If any market is engaged it's this one. Make it happen Allvin

Thanks Michael.

Hopefully Boeser can be moved for a decent return at this point.

Defense Defense Defense.

Good job Michael.

This team will continue to give fans nothing but false hope, hopefully this fanbase is smart enough to see/realize this, but that is highly unlikely.

LH, you called Benning a genius for that trade.

Boston is gonna embarrass the Canucks tonight, however, it’ll be good for the tank. Two good first round picks coming the Canucks way.

The only player the Wings should be interested in from the Canucks is Pettersson.

Big game tonight.

15-2 Bruins.

Bruins have 15 players score a goal, Canucks fans like Lefty, get all giddy, because Pouty scores the all important 2 points, in a blow out loss.

Lefty will probably be on dish pig duty. Canuck fans will be in tears seeing the team get physically dominated. Hopefully we see a couple more players go on IR.

For the same reason I enjoy watching any young kid on a poor team, watching Kent Johnson the Oilers/CBJ game right now, score and have success. Reinforces that drafting is the way to success.

Also, Owen Tippett is having a good year in Philly, they looked awful last night against Montreal, but nice to see them have some success from trading a veteran (Giroux) at the TDL and having that kid be successful.

Just gotta keep drafting well, winning the odd trade and keep building. Have more successes than failures and things will get better.

you’re so sour, such a hateful human being. You kinda remind me of Fred Sandford.

Man that's a lot of interest for a player with no value!

Because to me that is their biggest need. A top offensive center to go with Larkin. They have plenty of wingers but Copp just isn't good enough offensively to be a top 6 center imo. He makes a good 3rd line center or top 9 winger but they need someone better to take the next step. Their best center prospect is Kasper and probably the only one who has a shot at being a top 6 center but his ceiling might be Larkin 2.0 at best (which isn't bad) but if he isn't as productive, the Wings will never take the next step to be contenders.

Add Pettersson to this Wings lineup and i think they lock down a playoff spot for a while and could compete for a cup soon enough. Wings aren't likely to be drafting in the top 10 anymore so getting that top end center will likely have to come from a trade or UFA (unless they get really lucky and draft one that exceeds his draft day expectations).

Unfortunately, I don't run the team, as I would gladly trade him to Detroit
