Putting Lycksell with Brown and the goon is a wonderful way of making the most of his skill set. This team is run by idiots.

Why bring a skilled forward up to play 8 minutes or so with unskilled linemates on L4?

Its not a question of who moves down, but rather its a question of why not bring up a player who would fit better on L4?

Who would you rather they bring up? Is he even playing? Did I see Braun? 7 D?

Who cares since they decided to go 11F/7D?

Ha ha, I guess they just wanted to reward the kid for his good play in the AHL with a little pay bump for a few days?

Forsberg getting injured is unfortunate but that is a clean hit.

Bill, Joel Farabee is a key to the Flyers future. WRT to the back surgery how would you assess his season?

Quick! Someone trade Provorov so Sanheim can take over as the top gun around here. Corsi demands it!

That's two goals against in two games where Ristolainen's fundamental defensive play in terms of stick position and body position have been awful leading to goals against. Team's most improved player.

Also the second time in this game that Sanheim has let a guy behind him to the net.

What did Tippet do to deserve Brown and Nick D as linemates?

Farabee has struggled this year. I disagree he is the key to the Flyers future.

How is your boy Frost looking in this game? Seems much closer to how he looked against the Islanders than how he looked against the Oilers. He's been consistent all year

Meanwhile, Risto has to cover the puck carrier, the pass to the slot and the pass back to the pivot while Sanhiem can't keep up with one forward driving to the net, but somehow you are dogging Risto on fundamentals

What did Frost have to do with the play? Doesn't make sense to bring him up. Can't be the teams most improved player when making basic stick and body positioning errors that you learn in juniors playing defense.

By the way, since you asked Frost through two periods has a 64.71 CF%. 80% SCF%. 100% HDCF% and a 92.73% xGF. So he's looking pretty dam good this game.

I can show the facts concerning Ristolainen for this game if you'd like

Frost so far is a non-factor in this game, close to invisible. His line has been awful in the 3rd so far, pinned into their own end for most of the period. But, as long as his metrics look good ...

30 blocked shots for the Flyers, that's what happens when you don't have the puck all that much.
